Meet the Panelists: 

Swathi Kandru is a therapeutic play practitioner (Play Therapy UK) with over 10 years of experience working with children in various academic and educational settings. She uses her current clinical training in creative arts play therapy and child development to help children to make sense of difficult life experiences, or complex psychological issues through play.

Shalini Gianchandani, a counselling therapist with 24+ years of experience, has worked with diverse individuals and families. Specializing in Solution-Focused Therapy, risk assessments, and family counselling, she uses a multi-modal approach to provide tailored support, including forensic and marital counselling.

Dr. Varudhini Kankipati, Ph.D., is a psychologist specializing in individual, family, and group therapy. She has extensive experience in behavioral health, helping clients navigate depression, anxiety, addiction, trauma, relationship issues, and crisis management.

Sonam, originally from Hyderabad, earned her PhD in Behavioral Sciences after studying at BITS Pilani. She worked as a UX researcher at Meta and Google in California before returning to Hyderabad in 2024 to launch Flavour Lab, a company teaching children to cook nutritious, sustainable food through games and hands-on classes.

Dr. Sivaranjani Santosh, an award-winning pediatrician with 18+ years of experience, specializes in preventive healthcare and newborn care. Based at Magna Centres, Hyderabad, she authored Baby and Child Care and shares expert advice on various platforms. A JIPMER graduate, she won the Times of India Rising Star award in 2017.
