Our Story
Our journey begins with Star and Papaya, two little friends growing up together, weaving endless stories in their living rooms, in the park, on the kitchen floor, and during car rides to school. In a world filled with noise and distraction, we want to safeguard this precious space, where Star and Papaya can keep imagining and building their worlds. Star Papaya was founded to celebrate and protect the limitless imagination of our children.
Star Papaya toys are beautiful, slow and enticing, designed for children to create imaginary worlds with simple prompts. In these worlds, the wolf and piggies resolve their conflicts through heart-to-heart chats, and astronauts and aliens work together to find their way home.
We are inspired by our children - when given the space to enact, tell and retell stories; they develop focus, process their emotions better, and become calmer and happier little beings. Star Papaya toys are an invitation for children to keep imagining and embarking on new adventures. And voila, before you know it, they are playing independently for hours!
