Meet the Panelists

Zenobia Rustomfram, a counselor and trainer with 41 years of experience, counsels at ISB and Nasr and is Joint Director at Greenfields Centre. A Fulbright Scholar and TISS graduate, she mentors counselors globally and specializes in life skills, teacher training, and adolescent counseling. Her work has been featured in Times of India, Hindu, Deccan Chronicle, and more.

Nirmala Diaz, inspired by Rudolf Steiner’s Anthroposophy, transitioned from advertising to education after seeking a holistic approach for her son. She co-founded Sloka – The Hyderabad Waldorf School to bring child-centered, Waldorf education to India. Actively involved in teacher training, she remains a leader in the Waldorf movement and serves as Secretary of the Anthroposophical Society of India.

Chitra Raghunathan, an expert in early childhood education, trained with the American Montessori Society and AMI Netherlands. She founded Anthea Montessori in Hyderabad after teaching at Raritan Valley Montessori, USA. Previously, she worked at Harvard Medical School in Molecular and Cellular Biology.

Teenaz Reporter, is an AMI Primary Trainer at the 3-6-age level. She holds a Bachelors Degree in Commerce from the Osmania University, Hyderabad and an AMI Primary Diploma, from the Montessori Training and Research Trust in Hyderabad. She has over 20 years of experience in the Montessori Pedagogy. She has worked as a teacher in India and the United States. Teenaz is currently the Director of Training for the AMI Primary Diploma Course run under the auspices of the Montessori Training and Research Trust. She is also currently on the faculty of the AMI courses in Shenzhen and Chongqing, China. She is passionate about the role of Education in creating Peaceful humanities and in advocating for the rights of children.

Harshita Goyal, Harshita is an MBA graduate turned educator. Pursuing her lifelong dream of working with children, she founded Toddler’s Den, Hyderabad. She has a strong vision to create integrated and transformative education experiences. Committed to supporting young children and families, she believes in creating nurturing environments that adapt to the ever-evolving world. With a deep understanding of the needs of both children and parents, they strive to build a foundation for lifelong learning and growth.

Arjun Puri, Dean of Admissions at the Aga Khan Academy, has a diverse career spanning finance, education, and development. After working at Merrill Lynch in London, he returned to India to join ITC’s E-Choupal and later led admissions at a top private university. He has held leadership roles at Woodstock School and delivered TEDx talks globally.
