About the Coaches:
Manmohan is the coach behind Monkey’s Toolbox, dedicated to helping people move better, get stronger, and rediscover the joy of playful movement through Parkour, gymnastics, and fitness. His mission is to make movement fun, accessible, and transformative for everyone.
Sudipta is a certified parkour and holistic health coach with over 10 years of experience helping individuals reverse chronic ailments naturally. Sudipta believes fitness can be playful and restorative, enhancing creativity and productivity. As she says, "The world is my playground, and wellness begins with rethinking movement, sleep, and nutrition."
