Anger can be a scary emotion, but what if he is our friend who visits us sometime? How can we help our friend. A read-aloud from the book "Vendhu Thanindhadhu Kovam" where we join Kavi and her grandmother, followed by a sharing circle to explore emotional regulation and a craft activity where we will craft a wand to help our friend.
About your host:
Vaishali is an experienced educator, trained montessorian TedX speaker, coach and published author. She works with schools, organizations, caregivers and educators to create a better future for our children. She also reads aloud to children to facilitate safe spaces for discussions on diversity, inclusivity and emotional regulation.
She runs and online community of over 90k caregivers and conducts workshops on conscious parenting. She lives in Chennai with her husband and when she isn't homeschooling her 2 daughters, she dreams of setting up a beachfront book cafe
